FAQ

-Must be 18 years or older

-Half of balance is due required to secure date. 

Remainder balance due 48hrs before event, if balance isn't paid in time any deposit given to secure date will not be refunded.

-Payments accepted: Zelle, cash app, Credit Card, and debit card

-Delivery fee will be added for anything outside of 15 miles

-Setup takes 1-2hrs minimum depending on customers selected package.

-Tent is not waterproof

-Tent floor is open.

-KHK will setup and breakdown all equipment

-Liability waiver and rental agreement will be provided to all customers

-$100 Refundable damage deposit required 48hr before party. It will be refunded in form of payment it was received. If equipment is damaged deposit will be kept, and customer is to pay the remaining balance to fix or replace.

NO SHARP OBJECTS IN OR AROUND CLUBHOUSE

CLUBHOUSE CAN'T BE USED IN RAIN OR LIGHTNING 

Customer will be responsible for any and all repairs and or replacement of equipment if damaged during event, security deposit will not be refunded, and customer will be responsible for remainder balance to repair or replace.

Refund/Rescheduling

-In the event of bad weather, rescheduling will be available if KHK has not arrived to setup equipment. Please note rescheduling will have to be worked around any other event KHK has scheduled.
-If Kamri's House is responsible for any inflatable related issues,  refund will be given in the form of payment received. Depending on circumstances, it will determine amount being refunded.
-All deposits given towards event are non-refundable, except damage deposit. (Damage deposit will not be refunded if equipment is damaged during customers event).
